1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered, returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Outboard engines that have been registered for warranty or used.
- Electrical components or items requiring voltage for operation.
- Special order items or custom configurations.
- Consumables or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service at support@outboardsmotorsonline.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item, including all original materials, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items, unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you place a new order of equal or greater value within 10 business days of the return, the restocking fee may be waived.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@outboardsmotorsonline.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Shipping Returns
- After obtaining an RMA number, ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
